Assessment Items: How To and Reference Fields (NEW)
-
Reference Instructions: a new rich text field on every Assessment Item for step-by-step guidance on how to evaluate the item, so whoever is filling it out knows exactly what to check
-
Reference Link: a separate URL field for pointing to your documentation in SharePoint, IT Glue, Hudu, or anywhere else, rendered as a clickable link
-
At-a-glance indicators: each item shows four icons for Description, Health Standard, Reference Instructions, and Reference Link that light up when that field has content, on Reports and in the Template Editor
-
Roomier text fields: Description and Health Standard are now multi-line, so longer content wraps instead of requiring horizontal scrolling
Marketplace: Assessment Spreadsheets (NEW)
- Every template card in the Marketplace now has a Download Excel button, so you can download a template's Assessment as a spreadsheet without getting the template first
- The spreadsheet covers the template's Assessment only, not the other Report Parts
Office 365 Module
- New "Last Signed In" column showing each user's last Microsoft 365 sign-in, useful for spotting stale accounts and unused licenses. Note that this requires an Azure P1 license or higher.
- The Status field is renamed to "Contact Status" for clarity
Plan Module
- Redesigned Completed button, plus a new "All" option next to Active and Completed so you can see everything at once
- The Active view no longer hides items with blank statuses
- Mass delete for Plan items, including grouped parent and child handling, plus mass select and mass edit fixes
Technology Module
- Source badges are now color-coded by integration, with a neutral gray for unmapped or legacy sources
- New filter conditions for number columns, and fixes across the expanded filter set: greater than and less than now apply correctly, fast filter options work with operators, and the filter popup stays anchored to its column
- "Reset to default" is back for single Group columns
Builder Role Refinements
- The Builder role from 9.4 got a full permissions pass: Builders can now manage template parts, dashboard widgets, Technology Module settings, grades, columns, report settings, and Budget and Roadmap part settings everywhere the role should allow
Team Management
- Set MFA per user directly on the Add User form, active by default
Design, Stability, and Fixes
- Continued Arya refinements following the 9.4 streaming release
- Updated image on the login and registration screens
- Support chat now loads correctly on custom domains after sign-in
- Resolved production API errors, an Office 365 part error when contact merging is off, Technology Module group loading errors, and a Configurations field mapping conflict when fields share the same name
