NinjaOne Integration (NEW)

  • Connect NinjaOne as your PSA, or as a data integration running alongside another PSA
  • Brings in your NinjaOne companies, devices, and contacts. Each device type becomes its own Flexible Item Group in the Technology Module
  • See the NinjaOne Integration article for setup

Datto RMM Integration (NEW)

  • Connect Datto RMM as a data integration to sync your sites and devices into the Technology Module
  • Each device type becomes its own Flexible Item Group, alongside your PSA Configurations
  • See the Datto RMM Integration article for setup

Sign-In Update

  • Strategy Overview sign-in has moved to Microsoft Entra, Microsoft's modern identity platform
  • The first time you sign in after the update, you'll complete a one-time setup: choose your region, enter your email, and set a password using "Forgot password?"
  • Multi-factor authentication is on by default, with verification codes sent by email. Admins can manage this for their team

Trash for Reports and Plans (NEW)

  • Deleted Reports and Plans now move to a Trash section instead of being removed right away
  • Restore an item from Trash, or remove it permanently when you're ready

Technology Module Enhancements

  • Custom columns: add your own columns to the Technology Module (Flexible Items)
  • Internal columns: mark a column as internal so it stays hidden from users with external roles
  • Grouping defaults for Configurations: synced Configurations are grouped automatically when they arrive, so onboarding a new integration is faster
  • Product ID (model number) mapping: map a device's model number to Product ID to support warranty lookups that require it, such as certain HP warranties
  • Filters in the Flexible Items module are now saved per user, so your view no longer changes when a teammate changes theirs

Budget and Roadmap Enhancements

  • Fiscal year: set your fiscal year start in General Settings, with a per-company override. New and draft Budgets follow the fiscal year you choose

Per company:

Account default:

  • Default Name and Grade columns now appear on the Budget and Roadmap

Arya AI

  • Arya has moved to Azure AI Foundry and now runs on updated GPT models for more capable responses

Office 365 Module

  • Filters in the Office 365 module are now saved per user instead of per account

Design and UX

  • Empty icons on Plans and Plan Templates now appear only on hover for a cleaner view
  • Beta labels removed across the app
