Column Management
- Flexible Items now uses the same column manager as the rest of the app
- New "All" toggle to turn every column on or off at once
- Active / Inactive column management on Plan
IT Glue and ConnectWise
- More IT Glue fields available when mapping Configurations
- Field selection now previews the actual data, with sample values, for both integrations
- Only field types that will work are offered when mapping IT Glue Configurations
Office 365 Module
- New columns covering security posture, account lifecycle, organizational detail, and mailbox data
- On by default: User Type, Is Admin, SSPR Registered, Default MFA Method, Mailbox Storage in GB, and Has Archive
- Others you can turn on when you want them, including Job Title, Department, Manager, MFA Capable, Passwordless Capable, Password Last Changed, and Mailbox Last Activity
- A select filter on the new columns
-
Note: none of this needs new Microsoft consent. Columns that depend on the client's Microsoft licensing show empty rather than failing.
Integrations
- Each integration shows its sync status and last sync date in the Management Portal
- NinjaOne no longer asks you to map RAM and OS Type, matching the other data integrations
Design and UX
- Refreshed navigation colour scheme
- Collapse a row by clicking on it
- A Filter icon and "Clear all" across the filter menus
- More colour-coded columns
Roles and Users
- The Builder role can now reach the Marketplace in Settings
- User management refinements
Fixes and Improvements
- 32 bug fixes across the app
