Initiatives

  • A dedicated home for the projects and recommendations you plan to sell, with every Initiative across every client in one list

  • Initiatives group by quarter, and dragging one between quarters changes its dates rather than just reordering the list

  • List, card and board views, with a fiscal-quarter board. Card view is what your client sees in Display mode

  • A tag library in Settings, shared across every client, preloaded with Fundamentals, Security and Efficiency

  • The Initiatives Part has been added to your existing Reports and templates for you

  • Full detail in Working with Initiatives

Technology Types

  • Attach a Flexible Item Group to a Technology Type and it inherits that type's columns, section, icon and budget classes, instead of being configured by hand for every client

  • Types are mapped in your integration settings, on the Configuration Types screen

  • Auto-budgeting comes with it. A budget class carries a lifespan and a replacement cost, and Strategy Overview works out each item's replacement year from its purchase date and its cost from the class

  • Your existing groups stay Standalone until you attach a type, and existing items arrive on the Custom class, so nothing you have already entered is overwritten

  • Full detail in The Technology Module and Auto-Budgeting and Auto-Grading Technology Assets

A new look

  • The application font has changed. Strategy Overview now renders in Montserrat instead of Muli, everywhere

  • You can customize the font under Settings > Branding > General, which now has a Font section with both options and a reset to default

  • Updated navigation structure across the platform

  • Adjusted group name sizing in Present and Display modes

Assessment and Arya

  • The panel that pops up from the tooltip is now a non-blocking overlay, so you can see the assessment behind it while you work

  • Ask Arya is hidden on Risk and Solution for now, while we evolve how those two fields get automated. Status and Grade are unchanged

Roles and Permissions

  • Redesigned permission matrix

  • The Builder role can now reach the Plan

Companies

  • Changes to how inactive companies are handled, covering billing, warranty sync and new Reports

Fixes and Improvements

55 bug fixes across the app, including warranty data missing from items created after the typed columns deploy, an empty file when exporting Flexible Assets to Excel, and errors adding or updating users.
